Splo Labs may collect account information from Google sign-in, such as your email address, name, and profile image, along with product usage events, searches, saved references, collections, billing status, and technical logs such as device, browser, and request metadata.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the research workspace, keep accounts secure, operate billing and plan limits, improve search quality, debug reliability issues, and support users.
Service providers
We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI feature, and payment providers only as needed to run Splo Labs. Payment card and subscription management details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly in Splo Labs.
Third-party content
Splo Labs helps creators research YouTube videos and channels. Public video and channel information remains subject to the terms and policies of the platforms that provide it.
Retention and choices
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, meet operational requirements, or comply with legal obligations. Users can manage subscription settings through the product or billing portal. For access, deletion, or privacy requests, contact support@splolabs.com.
