Use of the service
Splo Labs is a research workspace for creators. You agree to use the service lawfully, follow applicable third-party platform rules, and avoid activity that disrupts the product or other users.
Accounts
Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through your account.
Research results
Search results, outlier signals, and structure analysis are research aids. They do not guarantee video performance, business results, or platform outcomes.
Third-party platforms
Splo Labs helps you research YouTube videos and channels. Your use of third-party platforms and content remains subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
Paid plans
Paid features, prices, limits, and billing periods may change over time. Payment and subscription management may be handled by a third-party billing provider. You can manage billing through the product or billing portal, or contact support if you need help.
Availability
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to operate Splo Labs reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
